The GSDCP website and mobile applications operate on Inspedium's Canine Club Management System (CCMS). CCMS is proprietary software owned by Inspedium Corp. (SMC Pvt) Limited and licensed to GSDCP for authorised club use.
GSDCP is responsible for club data, member records, dog records, published content, and member services. Inspedium provides the software platform, hosting, technical maintenance, support, and related system services for GSDCP.

6. Inspedium and CCMS
The GSDCP website, mobile apps, and member portal operate using Inspedium's Canine Club Management System.
Inspedium may process data on behalf of GSDCP for:

- hosting;

- backups;
- security monitoring;
- bug fixing;
- technical support;
- app and website maintenance;
- system upgrades;
- email and notification delivery where configured;
- support for club workflows.
Inspedium does not own GSDCP's club data, member data, dog records, pedigree records, or content submitted to or maintained by GSDCP.
Inspedium owns the CCMS software platform, source code, database architecture, application logic, system design, and related intellectual property.
7. Third-party services
The website and mobile apps may use third-party services for hosting, app distribution, diagnostics, security, payment processing, communication, analytics, or related functions.
These may include services connected to:
- Google Play and Android platform services;
- Apple App Store and iOS platform services;
